    We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notifications of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or any other applicable intellectual property laws or regulations. Responses may include removal, blocking, or disabling access to the material claimed to be infringing, and termination of access for repeat infringers.

    If you believe that any material accessible on Wild Baddies infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification of copyright infringement (see below "How to File a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification" for instructions). These requests should only be submitted by the copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner.

    If we remove or disable access to material in response to such notice, we will take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the affected content so that the user has the opportunity to submit a counter- notification. It is our policy to document all notices of alleged infringement upon which we act.

    DMCA NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: If you decide to request removal of content by submitting a notification of infringement, remember that you are initiating a legal process. Do not make false claims. Misuse of this process may result in suspension of your account or other legal consequences.

    How to File a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

    To be effective, your notification must include all of the following:

    1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
    2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
    3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information sufficient to locate it (e.g. the URL on Wild Baddies).
    4. Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

    Please note that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on Wild Baddies is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

    Counter-Notification Procedures

    If you believe content you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

    • Your physical or electronic signature.
    • Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
    • Your full name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

    Repeat Infringer Policy

    Accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.
